Giving Back …

During the last few years of Puja, we have experienced our inability to estimate the food required over and over and it was a shame to watch food being wasted in such large quantities. Last year, we managed to plan ahead to avoid such wastage. In 2019, PSGH partnered with Star of Hope, Houston and at the end of our 4 day event, all additional food (both raw and cooked) was donated to their homeless men’s center. A total of 450 lbs of fruits and vegetables were donated in 2019 to Star of Hope. 

During this year, we have donated to Houston Food Bank. We continue to support our local community in this difficult time. We plan to reach out to other food banks this year. If you have suggestions, please let us know at [email protected].
